This collection was developed by the Museum in a Box team in partnership with The Royal Mint Museum in Llantrisant, Wales.

It tells the story of the life of Linda, who is growing up and starting a family around the time of decimalisation, in February 1971. The collection was designed primarily for use in care homes for reminiscence therapy. The Museum has purchased 20 Boxes to share the collection, firstly in Wales, and then more widely around the UK.
