The Managing Director - Ray Leigh

Ray Leigh’s journey with Gordon Russell Ltd began in the 1950s when he assisted Dick Russell, Gordon’s brother. By 1967, Ray was appointed Design Director, leading the company in a new direction by streamlining contracts, expanding sales, and designing new furniture ranges. As Managing Director from 1970 and later Chairman, Ray’s leadership saw the company grow internationally, forging partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, Japan, and the USA.
