Edinburgh Pride is a festive tradition in the city of Edinburgh that can be dated back to 1988 with the earliest Pride march being held on June 17th, 1995. The march celebrates the LGBTQ+ community and the adversities that it has faced in the fight against inequality in and outside of Scotland.
