RAF Red Arrow Model

Here we have a model of one of the legendary Red Arrow planes, known for their dazzling aerobatic displays. The Red Arrows demonstrate the skill of the Royal Air Force pilots, especially during their incredible flypasts. In 2012, 18 planes, including four spitfires, a Dakota and a Lancaster, memorably ended the Diamond Jubilee celebrations by soaring through the skies above Buckingham Palace. They were watched by the Queen and senior Royals on the Palace Balcony, as well as the crowds who packed the Mall. Of course, millions more at home, and across the world, watched this impressive display unfold on their TV screens. As a finale, 9 Red Arrows thundered through the sky, leaving a trail of smoke that turned the sky the red, white and blue of the Union Flag.
