Sizzling Onions

Things I like about this noise

• The evolution from a very gentle sizzle into a full-on crackling noise
• That the sound of frying onions and bacon is used to produce the sound of rain in films - this sound sample is a fun way to test it out
• The homely smell that comes along with it, characteristic of an early evening preparing dinner
• How the onions patiently go translucent
• That it sounds a little bit like fireworks (very muffled ones)
