Things I like about this noise

• It's crisp and soft at the same time
• It accompanies the delicious smell of citrus fruit and the little sprinkles that come out of the tangerine as you peel it off
• The sculptural quality of the final tangerine peel, which can stand on its own in like a suspended ribbon spiral
