Quality Control

The Quality control team were responsible for ensuring that every part of a car had been assembled correctly and performed as intended. From paints to plastics, felt to forgings, and carpet to castings, they were involved throughout the entire process, carrying out detailed checks on fit, finish and performance using specialist equipment. No new material entered, and no finished vehicle would exit, without their approval. Their aim was to ensure every Vauxhall meets the high standards expected by its most important inspectors - the customers.
