Social Responsibility

It was often said that Vauxhall was a small town in itself. To support its workforce, the company offered a wide range of perks and benefits, from the Vauxhall Fortnight to health services as well as financial schemes and awards. The Management Advisory Committee, known as the M.A.C, worked closely with different areas of the factory to listen to employees' concerns and represent their wishes wherever possible. These connections extended beyond the factory floors, supporting families and former employees for years to come. (99)
